Patient Portal: "Read" Messages Clutter Inbox
When a user is logged into the Patient Portal's administration application, they are constantly bombarded with "Read" messages coming from the patients. While this is good information to receive, it is hard to filter out the messages that warrant action on behalf of the user. Currently, the only option that the user has is to "Archive" these messages as they come in. For a practice that is receiving a very high number of these messages, this can be a very time-consuming process. It would be nice to either:
A) Be able to filter the messages to be able to only view messages that aren't these "Read" messages
--or--
B) Be able to setup a rule to automatically "Archive" these messages as they come in so that the user can retrieve the information if needed, but doesn't have to manually perform an action on these items.
