Impact on Workflow: When the Post Batch Error occurs, the user has to make sure the batch is reset, correct the birthdate and then start the process over. This is time consuming especially if the EB Summary Report is lengthly and has to print again. UPINs are no longer used or being assigned to providers so it is warnings that have to be reviewed.
