The active insurance should be listed on top, not at the bottom of the list.

In the pm, whatever the active insurance is should be listed first. That way, when it crosses over to EMR, the first plan listed is what is to be used. As it stands now, we cannot pick the default plan-this is important as a patient could have mult. plans-private medical ins, dental ins, sliding fee, worker's comp. etc. Now whatever service is put in first stays as default, and is listed first in the emr
