Similar to how you can highlight and copy text on a website, the ability to highlight text in patient notes is crucial. In PM you can create patient notes and modify those notes if allowed. However you can't highlight the note text (like highlighting text on a website) if you don't have the ability to edit the note. A lot of our billing personnel need to be able to do this, (highlighting other user-made notes that are not their own). Some copy important information for emailing other staff, and our billing users need to be able to copy insurance information that are added as a note.
