EMR: on rx pad, needs pharmacy name on request
The provider can not see what pharmacy a prescription is going to or has been requested when she is approving/denying rx requests. This affects # day supply sometimes depending if patient is using mail-order or other pharmacy. The pharmacy name doesn't show up until rx info has been filled in and it's on the action page.

There is a drop down in the upper left corner from primary pharmacy. It could be expanded to accommodate each med that is requested.
