Allow ability to set the checkbox "Include past appointments" as a default setting
We look at the past appointments for every patient, on the standard patient monitor to the very right there is an “Appointments” button to look up when and where the patient was seen last and if they have any upcoming appointments. In this option we’d like the default to have both “Include past appointments” and “Include all appointment books-currently defaults” so that we don’t have to check the “Include past appointments” and search every time we use this feature
