Published attachments or DMS documents
When publishing an attachment or DMS item to a patient's portal, the Published Log labels it only as "DMS document". In the case where the document fails to publish correctly or if the patient should ask for it to be sent again, there is no way to know which attachment was sent.
Other than filtering through the Admin Portal (assuming it will display properly there as experience has shown a broken link icon where it did not fully publish), one cannot tell which document is listed in the Published Log.
We suggest the Published Log displays the name/number given to the attachment to make it easily identifiable when reviewing or needing to resend.
