Practice needs to provide a payer with the bottom portion of the document in attachments which contains the time/date stamp as to when the document was added to the DMS. The workaround is to snip that information, save it to the desktop, then import it into the DMS to the folder the original document is housed. Then, merge the documents. It would be easlier that when printing or faxing the document that there be a radio button added to the print dialog window where we already have radio buttons for printing a note or a comment.
