Required fields on Immunization Administer screen
Ohio Dept of Health representative suggested to our pediatrics group that the Immunization Administer screen make fields related to VFC and VIS required.

100% agree with this! This would be so beneficial regarding vaccine registries - when staff are in a hurry, this requirement would ensure all information is correctly filled out. Great idea.

After dealing with our NCIR implementation this week I am going to say we need a way per practice to indicate any/all required fields for our state or MicroMD needs to take that list from the state and do a hard stop to require it entered prior to SIGNING.
