I would like to have the Other category removed from the EMR system.
The Other category lists the same tests that are listed for Labcorp our reference lab. Providers are choosing the Other category by mistake on a regular basis. We cannot process the lab order unless it is listed under Labcorp. The Other category serves no purpose at our facility.Removing it would make things a lot simpler. Would like the ability to disable Other labs in the EMR Manager. Once disabled EMR users would no longer see Other labs as an option throughout the EMR. Example attached.

Pharmacy Information Display on Scheduled Visits Screen
It would be very useful if the current pharmacy information displayed when the patient is highlighted on the Scheduled Visits screen in EMR. Currently, the chart must be opened to see this information. In a busy office, and because many patients change pharmacies so often, it would be very useful to see it before having to open the chart.

Phone and Mail Messeges
It would be nice to be able to minimize a phone and or a mail message. If you start a message and get interrupted there is no way to save the message. You have to close the message then start over from the beginning.

use of current icd-10 instead of obsolete codes
I would like there to be a way for the practice to use only active codes based on the current version of ICD-10. Once October 1 comes around, I would like the system to automatically disallow a provider from selecting old codes without having to manually marking them as obsolete. This is a separate issue from using codes from the patient's problem list, although it would be nice if when the provider chose a code that is obsolete from the patient's problem list it would prompt the provider to update it.

Immunization Clean Up
In the immunizations section users would like to be able to maintain a single row for an immunization. Take for example Influenza. The code for influenza changes from time to time. What users would like to be able to do is when a template is applied with a repeating schedule they would like to update the change in the code for that row. So in column one the code that year might have been ex. 90658 CVX 141. Next year they would like to administer the repeating immunization but be able to update the code to the new one for…

Recycle Bin for Deleted Encounters
Our providers would like the ability to "bring back alive" an encounter note that was completely deleted before saved. This has happened on occasion and there is no way to retrieve it. Maybe make it something that only administrators have access to use so it's not overly used.

Desktop "Task" Feature
Staff often need to enter many different items into a patient's chart. Having a "Task" feature on the desktop that is similar in use to the "Plan" tab of the encounter would be useful. Using this feature would allow them to enter multiple types of orders at once instead of creating each individual order separately within the "Orders" screen.

Copying an encounter as a template doesn't copy the provider comments in Subjective, Objective or ROS
This would help the providers a great deal in quickly establishing templates of their own to speed up patient processing. Currently, the provider can select copy encounter to template but it won't bring over any of their comments.

Indicator if a default in a cliniguide has been changed once the cliniguide is loaded
When documenting by exception, for example ROS, It would be very beneficial if when a cliniguide is loaded with defaults set - that changes to the defaults - are flagged in someway - such as a color change, or font change etc - so that providers reviewing can more easily see any findings outside of their cliniguide defaults.

Check In
If a patient is checked-in in the PM, the "Check Mark" crosses to the appointment book of the EMR. However, if the check-in box is cleared in the PM, the check mark in EMR does not remove. For instance, if a user checked in patient "John Doe" and meant to click the check in box for "Jane Smith", clearing the check-in box in PM does not clear the indication in EMR that John Doe is checked-in.

Adding a user preference for what is displayed in the header bar of an encounter
Adding a user preference for what is displayed in the header bar of an encounter. Its important to display multiple forms of identification when opening an encounter to ensure the correct patient is being chosen. The client would like the ability to have a preference as to what identifiers they would like to have in the header bar of the encounter instead of MicroMD choosing them.

Clinical Reports
Need Report that can be run against an encounter by descriptor. For example, I want to know who had a particular assessment that is in an uncontrolled status so that I can send recalls if that patient has need been seen within the last X period of time.

Referrals Out - Filter by location/dept
It would be nice if the actual filter by location/dept on the Referrals Out section would filter only the location/dept selected instead of displaying ALL locations setup in the EMR manager (when you select a location/dept available to you, you would only see that information). Currently you get the same result regardless of filter selection. This list get increasing large when you are a organization with 10+ location/dept and there are several staff trying to review the information and keep up with their workload depending on where they are working that day.

Enlarge attachment icon when having mouse pointer hovering over them
Make attachment icons much larger when hovering over them with the mouse pointer. We work on tablets and the screens are 17 or 18 inch. The documents enlarge too small in order to decipher what document we want to select when we hover over it with the mouse pointer.
