Hearing Screening Graphs
Var Name: Community Partners Healthnet
Client Name: West Caldwell Health Council
Contact Name: Courtney SmithDescription of Request: When working with the Hearing Screening graphs, the top set of numbers doesn't cover the entire range that the clinic is able to use. The Hearing Examination section is too in-depth for a Medical Assistant to use. The clinic would like to the graph numbers to match the graphs from the Hearing Examination. Or give the clinic the ability to change the ranges on the graphs.
Requested Steps to define spec: The clinic would like to the graph numbers to match the…

Revised Encounters
It makes the summary tab look kind of messy when a patient has several encounter notes that have been revised. We would like the original encounters to be accessible somehow, but only the latest revision to appear on the summary screen. When you uncheck the "revised encounter" in user preferences, it takes both the original and the revision away.

Lock incoming faxes that another user has open
If a user is filing a fax, the system should lock the fax so that another user can't also open the fax and file it. Currently everyone can open the same fax and file it at the same time.

Add billing prep audits to audit report in reports area
Add billing preparation audit additions to Audit Report options in the reports area. The send to billing button audit is not available in the standard audit report options. This audit would be great in the reports area.

Form Template/Encounter Report - Problem
While I understand the Form Template is meant to printout using the "print form" option.....it would help if it could also print all info onto the Encounter Report.
If you use encounter buttons, or medical info buttons on a Form Template, whatever is used there will print on an Encounter Report anyway. However, checkboxes, picklists, labels, textboxes, etc. will not print on the Encounter Report.
Can you come up with a way that the user can have any info on the Form print on the Encounter Report?

Trigger Rules in Bill Builder Window
Would like for the rules to trigger when editing the Bill Builder window when for procedure codes and diagnosis codes.
Requested Steps to define Spec: In the Bill Builder window, when the wrong code is entered, the rule should be triggered.
Expected Result: For the EMR rules to be triggered in the Bill Builder window.
Impact on Workflow: Inadequate codes are being crossed over to billing. This causes the billing people to have to go to the provider's office and have them fix the issue. It stops the workflow until the billing person gets back to their desk.

lab order
I would like to be able to reorder a labs based on a previous order. We do often the same set of labs every 3-4 months on a patient. It would be nice to copy a lab order to lower the number of clicks.

Immunizations - Reconcile button (add all)
When you click the Reconcile button in the immunization section. I click Import from Registry. When the list populates, it is LARGE and an ADD ALL would be great.

Spell check in DMS and EMR letters
Please add spell check to the MicroMD DMS. When you write a letter in the EMR, spell check is available. But if you save it and go back to edit it later, spell check is no longer an option. Thank you!

lab order
I would like a faster way to add diagnosis codes to a lab order. Often, multiple labs are being done for the same dx code. It would be helpful to be able to have a way to do this. Here are some possible ways to help make this faster.
Also, they could apply to chaning a lab order from one lab to another. Since this isn't done from a note, you have to search for the dx code for each lab ordered.
- Once a dx is added to one lab test, the drop arrow could include that dx so that…

Scheduled Visits - Link Enc to Appt
When in the Scheduled Visits area you can click New Encounter and it links the Encounter to the Appt for the PM Reconciliation report. Can you add a practice setting that will also link the Encounters when created after clicking Patient Monitor then New Encounter and/or if someone opens the chart and clicks New Encounter it prompt them if they need to link it to the appt and ask them to select the appt.

SVE - Visit Test/Plan to be able to use the PERFORM/VIEW button for Screening Orders
Include the ability to use the PERFORM and VIEW buttons for Screening Orders (just like you can with other items like labs/procedures)
When adding a certain screening order to the area, you should be able to click the Perform button and the screening appear to complete. After completing it, you should be able to click the View button and it retrieve the screening.

report templates
On SVE, report, and select template, shows a brief overview of the visit. Wants an option to show most recent items with a range. Is there a way to get more options for time spans (for example last three months for labs, most recent immunizations not the entire historical list)
too much info prints - need most current info only
date of last immunization given as opposed to every date
labs for the past 1 mon or 3 months not the entire yearreport too long

Ability to clear expert settings
Implement a system prompt that ask if you want to clear your expert settings when you uncheck the box.
We need this feature because it is often that a provider starts out working at a primary location but then starts floating to other locations. We have templates by location that default some of the assigned plan items but as we know expert settings are designed to override that. If it would clear the options the provider could easily go to the next location and start using the templated items.

Select more than one diagnosis code in Medical History
When adding diagnosis codes to the medical history, selecting more than one code at a time by holding the control button on the keyboard and click on multiple codes to insert would make the process quicker. This would be nice to apply to forms as well.

EMR/EMR Manager Icons In Task Bar When Launching and Login Window Opening In Front of Other Windows
When launching the EMR and EMR Manager, the login windows often appear behind other windows that are open on the system (e.g., if you have Outlook open, Web browsers, etc.). This scenario does not seem to happen with the PM application.
In addition, the icons for EMR/Manager do not appear on the task bar until login has been completed. Again, this does not happen with PM as the PM icon is immediately available when the login screen appears. (Screenshot attached)
These issues seem to go hand-in-hand, but if the icon was at least available, then the window could be instantly…

Rx Hub Meds - add option to have med list default to collapsed view
Currently when opening RxHub Meds, the list of medications is defaulted to expanded. Would like option to set a default to open list in collapsed view or even have an option in the window to collapse all.

Vitals - distinguish patient generated in change history
Distinguish vitals collected from patient vs data collected from a nurse or a provider. Requesting change history/audit log to identify if PGHD and EMR user who reconciled.
It would also help to mention in the documentation for CQM 165v8 that users should look in the change history for that entry to identify if the blood pressure readings were patient generated and therefore not counted. Currently, it appears as if the nurse who reconciled the data actually took it causing confusion when trying to meet measure and chart auditing.2 votes -
Inactivated Immunization Templates Inactivate Program on Patients
When an immunization template (Tools > Immunization Templates) is inactivated (by unchecking the "Active" button), prompt the user to select if they would like to terminate/inactivate this program on any patients that currently have it applied.
